image resizer mod doesn't resize

Hello,

I'm new to MyBB, so my apologies if this is a silly question.

I am looking for a way to optimize and resize images to reduce storage and make sure they fit on the page. I've installed "Image Resizer & Optimizer with GD (1.1.1)" - it seemed like the perfect solution.

When I upload a large image (i.e. 4 meg) it uploads successfully but it does not optimize or resize. The image loads at full size.

Here are the mod settings:

allow_url_fopen is on:
   

Any suggestions?
