Hi experts,

I had a forum where Disk space gone finished 2 days back. Now, I've increased the disk space but it shows the blank white page now Sad

Even if I try to open admin panel.

p.s. FTP looks fine but I guess there must be some file missing from the server after the Disk space issue occur.

Can you access the admincp? If so try to change the template to a different one.

Make simple HTML page put some text in it like "testing" save it as index.html and uploaded to your root directory then visit your URL and check if you see "testing" word!!!!

If you don't see anything then it looks like domain issue or check if the domain path is correct I mean check if domain is pointing to the correct directory (folder)

Yes it works marcus.. I did that then deleted it.

I will again do it but I have FTP details in my office computer.

Any help please?

It just looks like domain name is not activated! I know it's strange but happened to me once!

This is not the domain problem. It was disk space finished and now it is not working...
