Create a new Tempate Set (copy from the old one)

Hi guys,
I'm working on a new theme for my forums.
I did a lot of changes (plugins and by myself) in templates.

There's no way to duplicate my old template. (as I know)

So I created a new one and I copy/paste everything from my old one to my new one. I hate that! It's very long.

But I saw some templates are green:


What this green means? This green means this template is modified? If yes, I'll only copy/paste green templates.

When template changes to green means it has been modified by you or by a plugin.
