No One Can Register :(

So i upgraded the forum software from 1.6.5 to 1.8 yesterday and apart from a few visual problems, i thought everything had went well.

Until i tried to register, it doesn't matter which browser i use, i get this message every time


My question are:
When will a stable version of this 1.8 be released ?
Will 1.6 continue to receive updates ?
Why is image embedding broke ?

Have you applied changes to the templates, especially those used on the registration page? There are new hidden CAPTCHA fields which need to be inserted.

It has already been released as stable.

There will be no further updates, unless a security-related issue is discovered.

I haven't touched anything to do with registration in the templates.
