1.8 upgrade have bug? Lack of access to the admin Cp

Same problem here and yes I had a renamed admin folder although I renamed it back to admin prior to the install.

Adding the error code gives me the following when I try to log in:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method pluginSystem::run_hooks_by_ref() in /var/www/vhosts/clanptg.co.uk/httpdocs/****/modules/games/module_meta.php on line 50

If I remove that file I then get another error but for a different file:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method pluginSystem::run_hooks_by_ref() in /var/www/vhosts/clanptg.co.uk/httpdocs/****/modules/portal/module_meta.php on line 26

Removing that one then gives:

/var/www/vhosts/clanptg.co.uk/httpdocs/inc/languages/english/admin/teradonate_global.lang.php does not exist

I've stopped removing them now lol. But yea, any ideas :/

Ok, backing up my existing admin folder and removing it completely, then uploading just the default admin folder works so at least I know it's not an upgrade error that has caused this and is likely to be linked with an incompatible mod. Now to try and find them

if upgrading guidance is followed then there should not be much trouble

I did the upgrade correctly
But system have a bug
theme forum & theme admin cp do not change automatically
plz help me & answer I want to do

^ you can try adding a new theme made for MyBB 1.8 , switch to it and check.

or you can make a new default theme , switch to it and check

if there are any issues with admin panel then changing the theme doesn't help.
run file verification tool available at tools & maintenance section and check for any missing / changed
files from admin folder. if system reports such files then replace them from source files package of MyBB 1.8

Done that and got in ok having a major ballache now with the templates but guess that was to be expected.

beacuse After logging in to the admin
