Edit Donate Bar

I've installed this plugin: http://community.mybb.com/thread-84084.html

Account: test, test123

I'm trying to get the following changed:
-Removal of the menu buttons Donate/Top Donors
-Changing the colours of the donate button in the donate bar, also the donate bar itself.

It'll be greatly appreciated if someone could help me

admin panel >> templates >> global templates --> there should be two templates with below names
naoardonate_links_donate_v3
naoardonate_links_topdonors_v3

you can remove codes in both of above templates by using html comment tags
i.e. put <!-- as the top line and --> as the bottom line

donate bar is using image for background (~/images/naoar/lbody.gif) & donate button also using a image

Also as you can see now the buttons are abit weirdly alligned, how should I fix that?
