Problem with IP addresses after upgrade

I've made a trial upgrade of my forum on a localhost. In ACP the IP addresses do not show up correctly. They show up as all letters and signs, almost no digits. Is anyone else having this issue? Know how to solve it?

I saw that a step during the upgrade was called IP Conversion. Could this be the cause?
