I see your language files are in ANSI character encoding. It's better use UTF-8 instead to avoid translation problems.

So, a little feedback:
- a notify message rather slow than e-mail notification (not critical?)
- no notification about new post in any forum (i'm using muina news for this)
- notification message disappears very quickly (add possibility to set timeout?) my bad, this is bug in Firefox: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=875114
- no sound notification (add possibility to play sound?) draft only, didnt supported
- welcome message is to... how to say... annoying? It's pop'ups on whole screen and forces user to choose an option. And disabling option is first (big red button). It will be nice if welcome and other messages was not popups, but information bar on top or bottom of the browser screen (like "we are using cookies" alert on most sites).

In general: thank you, this is nice work, keep it that (free) way Smile
English is not my native language, so, sorry for any mistakes which I will do for sure.

Great feedback! Thank you for this, we will create a option screen at the right side for the next release. No annoying big message, maybe with some admin powers they can choose what for message they will, not figgered out yet.

What do you mean with "a notify message rather slow than e-mail notification (not critical?)"?

About the 'notification when new post in any forum', you would like to get notifications when a person creates a thread in a forum part? Something like subscription?

Notification sound will be in the next release, in the right side-bar, many questions about that haha Smile

Yeah, a time-out. Maybe for the slow servers or something like that. An admin option to set it for the whole forum, sounds great. Again, in the next release I think!

If you have more feedback, you can always contact us Smile

Jasper

I mean, that I've got e-mail (5-10 seconds) notifications faster than UA-PLUGINS notifications in browser.

I have created this with Photoshop:

This kind of sidebar. The user can change those settings.

Do you know any more settings? If you tell some, I'll look if it is possible Smile

@jasler, Hello and sorry for my return late ...
it is an excellent plug-in that you offer us!
a very good complement to myalertes ! I have found only one small bug:

when I mention this way @username no problem , I receive the notification.

but if I use semi automatic input http://community.mybb.com/thread-173199.html
like this @"username" I do not receive notification...

I hope there is a solution to this problem it would be great!
Besides this it's perfect, just a suggestion it would be a good idea to add other alerts such as moderation alerts etc...

thank you again for this wonderful plugin and I will quickly send the French translation Smile

quote (") in username with space required in DVZ Mentions. As i made my plugin compatible with DVZ Mentions, so quote is required.
And i don't know what solution used in this plugin with mention with username with space.

this is correct behavior. If you reduce ajax request time will increase server usage. So not recommended you reduce ajax request time to very low.

I'm getting strange issue with this plugin, it removes the whole portal page on installation and also it doesn't send any notifications as mentioned. I did get the message to accept I clicked yes but that's about it... screenshot below

Before installing plugin portal    http://prntscr.com/7ur5nq

After installing plugin http://prntscr.com/7ur581   fixed!

Portal is fixed now but plugin still doesn't seem to work do we need myalerts to be enabled for the notifications?
