[MyAlerts] Tagging Plugin! integration.

So I have been working on a integration of the Tagging Plugin! by flash.tato.

This plugin requires both plugins, Tagging Plugin! (1.3.4 or after) and MyAlerts (1.04 or after) to be installed and activated (this plugin will only check if both are activated and meet the version requirements, so if you mess it up it is not my problem).

Please test if you want. As far as I can see, the only issue is with deleting tags.

Would you consider adding it to my Plugins Alerts Pack plugin? It's meant to be an integration between the most popular plugins and MyAlerts, it would be nicer and more comfortable for users to have an unique plugin instead of many ones.

I don't have the time to work on GitHub right now, if you want to do it by yourself go ahead, the license is compatible with yours. Otherwise I will probably do it when I have the time .
