when you add [s]text[/s] tag into mod notice - it is not parsed and moreover, text disapear when you wanna edit it again

OK, I have found an issue:

In our forum, every user must have one approved post by moderator. When a new user post the first post and you approve it. IT is OK. But when you wanna add a mod note -> note is added BUT post is again unapproved

You must show me how you configuration your approve/unapprove posts method to test it

add trim blank chearset func to not enter blank note.

plugin now work 100 % when XMLHttp off on forum.
delete note when mod delete post.
merge note on merge posts.
button moderation when we can add note no is on quickreply.
templates fix.
