Howdy,
every time my users try to submit a thread they get an error message "Your thread cannot be longer than 9 Characters (currently 1234). Any ideas what this is causing?
It sounds like you've been affected by a bug affecting your settings - there's an issue when you use the 'show all settings' view in the ACP, where certain settings all et set to '9'.
If you go to ACP > Configuration > Posting > Maximum Message Length, set this back to 65535. There'll probably be other settings affected too, sorry about this
