Is there a way to make a board where all deleted posts go to?

No if you delete a post or a thread permanently you won't be able to recover it unless you have your database backed up. But you can do one thing which is soft delete post which doesn't delete it permanently. Another thing you can do is if you would like to move unwanted old topics just create a new category/forum call it Archive then move all the unwanted topics in that specific forum you can also hide the forum if you want.

Go in one of the topics make sure this box is checked.
