myspace like profiles?

I'd personally love to see a way for our community members to spruce their profiles up and the plugin above sounds ideal if created.

I'd love to see the following; (I'm not stating that these should be added)
* Able to change colours and access special html areas. (which use's basic html)
* Buddy list
* A more in-depth information/ member details section..

I'll leave these for now.

*About me and who I want to meet box with the ability to add some html

cool, Well, my theming system will probably be pre-created themes because enabling HTML on any part of the forum is practically asking for an XSS or Phishing attack.

Or perhaps a simple customisation system

btw darkdragoon...don't depend on 1.4 for your time frames...I get the feeeling we aren't even close to a 1.4 release. At least that's the impression I am getting. I have started to go ahead with more development as I can't wait 6-12 months for 1.4...it just doesn't appear like it's around the corner.

Exactly, I'm not going to wait for 1.4 to be released, I have my own plans that I'm developing and or developed.

I agree...you certainly can't make mybb into myspace without a LOT of code. You would be better off just using some of the free myspace like scripts that are available and attempting to integrate them into mybb instead to share user table.
