Here's a plugin that will close a thread (in all or specific forums) when the first post is reported by anybody.

Not much to say about this plugin, it was a modification of my old LockOldThreads plugin so it should work fine. Report any bugs or issues though since my testing is limited to just myself and my small forum. Smile
