Changing to a new server and changing DNS back to Namecheap is what precipitated this issue... (just as a footnote).

EDIT: So apparently the host fixed it by just deleting all of the banned IPs from the database... was this a bad idea?

It doesn't impact the forum other than making it easier to access from previously listed IPs. If the list contained addresses of Cloudflare datacenters, it didn't make much sense anyway.

Thanks. I didn't manually add any IPs to this manually. I thought perhaps MyBB had some built-into-the-database IP ban list. Thanks again for your efforts.
