Our issue is at times a user will fail at registration because it says there already is a registration within 24 hours with that IP address. However there is not. This occurs to about 7 to 10 users a month, while many more users successfully register at our forum.
The only current way to fix this is scan the user email log for people trying to contact us and manually create an account for them, email them their credentials, etc.
Is there a better way? We have cloudflare this may be the reason for the block, not sure. Qe also use stop forum spam to stop at registration step.
