If they use vpn or proxy they can bypass this "block" , and if they clean their cookies from the browser they can just bypass a simple ban

Thank you, if the user uses the proxy, it cannot show his real IP address, but the program shows that the IP in the blacklist has logged in recently, does this mean that the blacklist has no effect?
