[How To?] make user groups available for purchase?

mybb version 1.8.29 
I'm looking for a "subscription" based group plugin that is compatible with my version of mybb.
My goal is to set permissions to premium groups for specific areas of the forum.

that plugin is highly broken. After everything is filled out in the "Add subscription form" and ive clicked save subscription it refreshes like it validated and switches me to add subscription with no saving of my input.

Maybe try BankPipe. Caveat: I haven't used or tested this plugin myself.
