Maybe a silly question. But, I just cannot figure out how to select groups, but skip some of them in between?
Example: How do I select Administrators and Moderators, but not Awaiting activation?

If clicking the second one de-selects the first one, then if you hold Ctrl as you select (or the Cmd key on a Mac), you will be able to select multiple values.
