Theme Editing Problem ~

When Ever I Try Editing The Theme It Works Great Except Half Of The Editing Portion Doesn't Save. In The Theme Editing Section Where It Says Small Text And Below Won't Save, But The Upper Portion Will. I Don't Know If It's The Mysql, Because I'm Using 000webhost.com ~ Free Web-host With Cpanel..Includes Mysql Databases....

Can Anyone Assist Me.......It Might Help Others In The Future Aswell.

I Added The .htaccess Document To The Forum Directory. But It Doesn't Affect Anything...
