[For 1.6] myUserTitle Plugin!

This is a relatively small plugin for allowing the use of MyCode within User Titles.

Although it works well, i'm not satisfied of its approach, i'll have to rethink another better way.

I rewrote this plugin, i decided to take a more safer approach that has a side effect unfortunately, you'll have to re-update the MyCode UserTitles as now it puts them directly to the database so plugins can benefit of this feature and a lower processing is done in pages.

Sorry for the troubleshooting but i made the mistake to port my old plugin without thinking to rewrite it, i'm so sorry.

I forgot: no more code edits are needed.

Did you add the possibility to choose usergroup which can use the MyCode in it's title?
