can we use * in IP block like 122.25.4.* so that it can be used for dynamic IP also??

I have two useful suggestions here.

If possible with your web hosting or if you have your own server you should restrict FTP access to your own IP address.

You should also NOT save passwords in your browser.
This is a very, very, very common way of getting your site or forums hacked.

1. What if your IP address changes? What if you want to access your site from elsewhere?

2. You could just lock your computer and/or disallow others from using it. I don't think it's that common to be hacked this way.
