OK, you are right, your theme is using something different that what I would have expected.
I will send you a pm with a solution for your site. On the other forum should work with no issues.
EDIT:
Use the file in the attachment - deactivate the plugin - upload the file in /inc/plugins, overwrite the other one - activate the plugin. It will work.
This file will work only on your forum, or forums that have the same header template.

i already make it on my forum as test and it take alot time of me
but now i fix and it work
so how i can help
see it at attachment
and u must use as it with out editing Encoding
else it will get some bug
