Is this only to 1 images or applied to all images under signature?
For an example, if an user have 2 images in their signature space, des both images need to be within the dimension set or both combined must not exceed the dimension?

sure, just open plugins/siglimit.php and change "compatibility" => "14*" to "compatibility" => "16*"
