You need to upload the Transparent image's folder in the zip file to /images/

I don't know where that is i ony know where i live aigburth road and city centre. about the template that is a setting you need to change in your ACP by using the Office 2007 editor in the theme settings.

How do i change the width?

You can't the theme use's fixed width images but if you tell me how much bigger/ smaller you want it I can change the size for you.
