You will need to edit a template:
AdminCP > Templates & Styles > Templates > Global Templates > profile_comments_list

Find:

<img src="{$avatar}" alt="{$username_plain} avatar" /><br />

Replace with:

<img src="{$avatar}" alt="{$username_plain} avatar" width="xx" height="xx" /><br />

seems that when you submit a comment, an extra blank comment will also be submitted.

Only slight issue is the link this thing add's to the Welcome back area on top which screws it up and thus the theme. Some of them anyways. I removed that link. I think just clicking to someones profile should be enough BUT thats me.

As said. Very nice plugin. Extremely happy to see such a thing here at MYBB.
