There is an error on the plugin, The Flag on the postbit search for the Flag ID and not for the Flag Name.

Where exactly do you want the flags to show?

Para ponerlo ahi buscalo en las plantillas postbit_user y postbit_author ahi los colocas donde quieras que aparezca...

To show the country flag there you must search on the template postbit_user and postbit_author, and you copy or move the code of country flag where you want.
