Yeah, I think it'll be about 74kb, zipped.

I'm not wanting to release modules before I know the Core is relatively bug free. Unlike the Profile System, Tracker was built on 1.6 so it shouldn't be too long into the future.

I think It does I got 1.6 and it work for me
The latests? I tried and it told me that the plugin is not compartible with current version. Did you download from the link given? Care to attach it here?

you got to change around line 49 in mytracker.php in your plugins folder
"compatibility" => "14*" to "compatibility" => "16*"
