Hyde: Don't put /images/yourimage.gif do images/yourimage.gif and see if it shows up then.
If you have to put the entire path to your image in that box.

In that step are you saying to upload everything in the ROOT or into the INC PLUGINS and all that crap?

BTW i tested this on all of my themes and it only worked on DEFAULT? any thoughts? do i have to edit something?

Does anyone know why this is only working on the DEFAULT theme only for me?

Hyde: The plugin does a find and replace in templates, if what its looking for has been altered even slightly on the line that it needs to find then it won't replace hence it won't work on other themes that are missing that line.
