Your cookie domain setting is set to ".www.markrepairs.com" (without the quotes)
It should be .markrepairs.com

It was in the thread I linked to earlier.

also how do i set an attachment limit like its 50mb here

For attachment limits, you can go to ACP > Configuration > Attachment Types > and set a limit.
