header_welcomeblock_members not showing correctly

In my theme's "header_welcomeblock_members" template, where the Search, Member List, Calendar, and Help are, is not correctly updating itself after putting in new URLs inside. I tried clearing my cache and seeing if that helps any, but it's not the cache.

It seemed to have happened when I reinstalled my theme and transferring my edited templates from the old set to the new set and wouldn't ya know, it's not working. I hope I didn't do anything wrong or anything...

Check that you're theme is linked to the correct template set. Templates & Styles --> Click your theme --> Scroll down to 'Template Set *' then make sure it is the correct template set.
