I installed tis and it works great, except the paypal page it takes me to is https://www.paypal.com/nl It's not in english. How can I change this?

No Im in Seattle Washington
Ok I found the problem I left the paypal address as [email protected]. Once I added my paypal address it worked fine. Is there anyway to make the button appear on the forum index though?

You can just go into the source, find the source of the form and add that into your index templates.
