I can confirm that there is a region filter

Can´t see it with my current IP from Brazil (don´t load, then show a 404 after some time)

But using a proxy site it´s avaliable normally - this for example > http://www.hidemyass.com/

Maybe my host is lying... they said they had no filters, pretty weird. Anyways, I'll be changing my hosting in some weeks, so I apologize until then.

This happened to me at asmallorange.com. I couldnt access my site for well over 3 months until i proved to them that their datacenters were not available to south east asia.. That was a very bad experience on my part since I really needed that money back..
