I have tried but only one option is showing which is "Truncate" !!!

If you look under the "Backup Stats" tab, "Truncate" is the only option available:
   

However, to use the restore function, you have to select the corresponding tab (in my example it's a post). There you will see the option to "Restore Backup":

Is this plugin working properly yet?

I'm thinking about using it as a sort of trash can like feature, where posts and stuff can be restored.
