Quote:You are wrong. 123 Flash Chat won't cut off automatically after 10 minutes forever.

I've no intention of trying any demo for this product, but i will say your statement above is very misleading against the one you're answering to! You say "you are wrong" then at the end of your sentence you have typed "forever", that to me tells me that at some point your product DOES cut off automatically after 10 minutes, which in turn means that technoman isn't wrong at all......And you're not being HONEST!!!

The word 'forever' here is an adverb. It means "no matter when".

But I have nothing to say if you must understand it as "always".

However, thank you.

Please do try the live demo of 123 Flash Chat: http://www.123flashchat.com/demo.html

and the demo of MyBB Chat of 123 Flash Chat: http://mybb.123flashchat.com/

How to integrate with mybb? I used the localhost method, not the free method and don't want to use the free or trial method.

Problem because Mybb use the salt field also.

Exactly, as MyBB used salt encryption, you will need to use "auth-url" to finish the integration.
Here is the detailed introduction of "auth-url":
Auth URL Integration - User Manual of 123 Flash Chat Server Software Version 8.2

Actually we offer MyBB module to get it done easily and efficiently, you can download the module here:
Free Chat Server Download- 123 Flash Chat Trial Edition

And No.4 of the following instructions will be helpful to you:
How to add a chat room to MyBB?

Please give it a try!
And contact us for any further questions.

Well I see the misunderstanding here.
Actually the MyBB module of 123FlashChat not only can connect MyBB to a free host without video function, but also with a chat server installed on your own server or a paid chat hosted by us, with webcam function!
Because altogether 3 running modes are supported.

Check this please:
How to add a chat room to MyBB?
Thirdly, configure MyBB chat module's running mode...

Since the integration takes time and due to the large client base we have,
you're recommended to purchase a license or host first to get priority service and free integration assistance.

Here is a sample of successful integration:

Well the old 123FlashChat trial did have 10 minutes limit, but it has changed long time ago, to 10 connections limit now, so that users may test the module more thoroughly, and get a better understanding what the software can do for your website.

...i paid for the hosting, my MyBB version is 1.6.3, I can't seem to make the chat work for me, I am almost a week since I paid for it, I tried to follow the instructions in the zipped file but it ended up like there was a fatal error in the index.php...are there compatibility issues here that I am not aware of? thanks guys

...oh, I was lucky I was able to return my site back to where it was before the integration problem thanks to me, and without using a back up install (bcoz I forgot to), just retraced my installation.

...care to share the easiest way integrating this chat? thanks
