This description in usercp is missing after i set setting in ACP.

This allows you to change the background. "1" equals "1.png"

But this description will stay there on fresh install without touch/set setting in ACP.

Is this normal or a bug?

I was just wonder if I could disable the settings part for the userbar (for members).

OK, all the bugs (apart from filetime) have been fixed in the newest release. (v2.3).

I have also added a few more features to the Plugin Page in the ACP, it now tells you what is and isnt enabled, as well as giving a link to the settings page for each part of the plugin! It will also tell you if GD library (required to create images) is enabled.
