[Release] Mods can change username

This plugin adds the ability to change peoples usernames from the moderator control panel profile editor. Simply change the username in the box and submit.

Tested in 1.4 and 1.6

Sorry but, if we edit manually?
AdminCP/Users&Groups/Groups

And edit the group that you want relative to Username's Change?

Yes, to use it you just go ModCP > Profile editor > Select user then can edit it from that page.
