That's a setting with PHP I would contact your host and see if they can disable safemode on your site/openbase dir. Those are old settings that have been removed with the new versions of PHP.

I noticed that the thread created with RSS Feed Poster are not included in the Twitter New Thread! Is there any reason?

With the post (140 chars), could you not just snip the string to 130 chars, then have the link?

Could it be made so only certain forum's threads get tweeted? For examply announcements forums

Yeah I may add some more settings to control which forums and url shorting will see if anyone wants it.
