You can forget about voice chat, that is going to be extremely hard and complex to make. Even if you hired a developer, I doubt it would be cheap.

Chat? This plugin doesn't have a chat system.

Are you by any chance using a plugin like MyShoutbox?

Facebook like chat ,do u mean chatting bar.
Then u just try www.cometchat.com
It easily merges with mybb,but its paid @49$.
It is best option.

If u have time and patience just try Ajax Im integration.

The above mentioned plugin has no chat system
