To edit, open plugin file and find;

<font size=\"1\" color=\"#000000\">

Replace 1 --> 2 or 3 (whatever size you would like to have for font) and adjust colors to suite to your theme.

You can also edit background color: via admincp setting.

how do i know the user group IDs, if i want to show to all , can i leave it blank??

If you want to show it all, then add their Usergroup IDs separated with ,

from where can i get the usergroup ID??

ACP > User & Groups > Groups > and mouse over the link of usergroups there and see on status bar their group id.
