[For 1.6] No Links Allowed v 0.5
#1
Thumbs Up
This plugin is though small, but I believe many of you find it useful. It deny the use of click-able links to post them while creating a thread or posting a reply in selective forums only and only from selective groups until they reach min. post count.

This is useful if you want certain forums clean from posting abundant click-able links of no use. Wink Fully functional on New Thread, New Reply and in Quick Reply.

Its fully control-able, group permissions, forum permissions and post count selection, gives you a complete solution for such purposes. Smile

CHANGE LOG:
v 0.5:
- Updated to be use for MyBB 1.6.5

v 0.4:

v 0.2:
- Added an extra option (within the same settings) where you can now allowed to add "0" (without quotes) to have it enabled in all forums at once. This is useful if you've large forum with dozens of forums / subforums Toungue

can you add "excluded forums" and "completely links posting disabled option"?
if we are supposed to restrict in many forums, its hard to add all the forum ids. its a good idea to add excluded forums(links can be posted) so that the no links function is active in all other forums.
also the completely disable option(no minimum/maximum requirement)

I'll add an option where you may select all forums by inputting 0 or something.

i mean completely disabling the minimum post count required to post links.
certain groups must not be able to post links forever.

and with the option you included, is good. but i dont want to activate this on all forums. i need 5-10 forums must be links postable and remaining 30-40 forums not. so if we have excluding option - we just enter those 5-10 forums, where the other forums are included with the links posting restriction.

yes, I did "ON" the plugin..
but perhaps it is a bug, that when I try a URL without http://, it post it and do not give any notification, however if I include http://, it give the limit notification..
technically, a url with or without http:// both are clickable, so this plugin should not let the user post a user, without or without http://

One more problem I'm having after activating this version 0.2, is forum give error when posting/replying any thread, please see attachment.
