As I said before the CMS will have a media library, which is pretty simliar to the library Wordpress has. You just need to select a file and it will be uploaded and when done shown in the library. There will be also a default upload form for user which can't use Flash and Javascript. For images it will generate scaled images (thumbail, medium, large, full size). Here a picture how the media library currently looks like:

Is this free or paid? maybe if this paid, it will worth it.

I'm not sure yet if it will be paid or free, but I believe it will be free. Maybe there will be a paid Pro version then which could include other useful widgets like Comments, Ratings, Latest Posts/Threads/User .. and could give access to official premium plugins in the planned marketplace, but that's still just an idea...

The most important things (the page and layout management) are now almost finished. Maybe there will be a beta when the page/layout/media management and the frontend are ready.
