I'm not trying to put you down. But, why not just recommend hostwoot instead of building something off of them?
If you want to really offer a long term solution put some work into it before offering the service.

@Alex Because they can get the service FREE rather than having to post for it, and my host won't shut down until there are no more options! So even if hostwoot goes down, my host won't disappear.

The fact that EVERY single one has nothing below excellent is doubtful. Either users were forced to give good reviews to get hosting or its them self promoting themselves like 80% of hosting companies do. You cant really trust those reviews unless they are posted on trusted web discussion blogs or something similar.
They also get a ping of over 100ms. Yikes.
