Forget spending tons of money on a Macbook Air... buy an ASUS EEEPC and make your own for like $250-$300
Here's the link: http://www.mymacnetbook.com/compatibility-chart/
I say use the ASUS EEEPCs because they're the ones with 100% compatibility for the most part.
Of course my gf's daughter's Acer has 100% except for 1 unknown as well... and the unknown is for Bluetooth. I don't think it even HAS bluetooth built in. But blech.
Anyways, enough off topic... here's my desk when it was upstairs in the shared office with my gf. It looks basically the same now, only downstairs in the private office I built for myself in the basement.
You can see all my computer books behind the laptop. Now both printers are up top and the left hand shelves are full of books on the bottom shelf and games on the top shelf. I'll try and get a more recent pic to put up

Nice looking setup by the way.

I don't think I'd ever end up getting a Macbook because of the price but this might allow me to get a Mac OSX (and possibly another for Linux) setup for shits and giggles.

Desire HD. Takes pretty decent photos. Would've prefered 13-15 mp camera phone. But this suffices.

I like how yours is setup. I'd sit at the floor and point it down, tis awesome.
And mine's like that because i do all my work on it. No schoolwork on the desktop.
