I usually agree you with, but it's nice for when you need to do something on a public machine. I would never ever touch CLI on someone elses machine.

I suppose. I don't usually have to play with other peoples' setups though luckily.

The latter, I would never open a connect on a machine that wasn't my own or someone I know very well.

Webmin is a useful tool. Even if you only use ~3% of it's functions, it can still be worthwhile to have standing by.
