If you're referring to our use of GIF images, then there's the possibility of us using PNG images as default in 1.8. Regardless, it's very easy to switch to PNG images for your own themes.

Yeah I can't wait until the release of 1.8. There are a lot of new features that I'm happy to see.

I've also made a lot of updates to the website itself today. I released a new theme that was suggested by a friend of mine.

I'm going to be redoing all the postbit buttons with CSS postbit buttons and going to work on replacing all the default mybb icons that are around the website.
