When someone new want to register he got this error msg..

I already have few of members and this just camed from nowhere I mean I didn't done nothing expect that I activated accounts to few of my users from acp.
How I can make to new registered members don't need to activate their account?
How to put somewhere near "Who's Online" members group? Something like here

ACP > templates and themes > templates > yout theme (expand) > Member Templates > member_register > find {$captcha} and replace it with {$hiddencaptcha}
for showing the groups in the footer use this plugin

1-upload files to your ftp
2-go to ACP > configuration > plugins > activate the plugin
plugin settings :
1-go to ACP > configuration > settings > plugin name

1. Admin Control Panel > Templates > Your Template Set > Member Templates > member_register
Find:
{$captcha}
Replace With:
{$hiddencaptcha}
2. Admincp -> Configuration -> User Registration and Profile Options -> Registration Method
Set this to "Instant Activation"

I done everything guys expect language pack wich is on cyrlica if I see good and one more thing that I didn't asked here.. Can I delete default user groups like moderators?

yea you can
but i don't recommend you to delete the admins group
but any other groups you can delete them or just edit them
if you want staff instead of moderators just change the name instead of making a new group , if you got any further questions i will be happy to answer them for you , and you mean cyrylica not "cyrlica" right ?
