DarkFusion was the very first theme I created as a designer at MyBB back in 2009 and it's long due for an update. My style has changed dramatically within 3 years and I'm very excited to revamp DF and give it a fresh and modern look.

The design is mostly minimal because I'm going to be testing and hopefully implementing a lot of unique ideas into the theme. However I'm still open to suggestions regarding if the style should remain standard or not.

DarkFusion will be re-released for MyBB 1.8 (whenever that may be).

The theme will stay free as it always has been Smile

inb4 cookie cutter design
inb4 too simple

Things changed from mock ups (omit from your post please):
- Reduced on/off/offlock icon size
- Create footer
It looks very nice - not like the old DF at all. Can you give a screenshot of the index for guest view please?
Looks nice and crisp. Need to see more to judge. Smile

Thanks Lee, and yes I'm hoping the major alteration won't turn people off haha.

Here's the guest view of the index:

What the purpose of the graph inside the white circle just beside last post?

Replaces last post section with forum statistics (threads/posts) on mouseOver. I don't think it's necessary to have the threads and post stats visible on the forum display at all times.
Here is 1 suggestions for your theme.

1. tcat Color changer/picker (will love to see this theme in diff colors)
(You can release psd of forum icons to change colors)
Looks great. The only thing I think you might be able to improve is the margin below the breadcrumb. It looks a little large to me just now Smile
If he shrinks the margin, he should shrink the font-size of the breadcrumb too.
I would agree on that actually. I hadn't noticed the font size so much, but looking at it again, it seems to be larger than the .thead font size. The .thead and body content (eg the posts, the forum listing) should have precedence.
