1. I personally don't go more than 4px border radius. Just followed the 1.8 style.
2. A well taken point.
3. Feel the icon box needs finished border instead of that shadow / glow (as FMB highlighted too). The icons are cut out and transformed (as I said, made with negligence), but I can make some by my own.

Also FMB and all those who gave feedback on it. I thought to revise those accumulating a good amount of revision points, as I have no hurry, those are not being implemented anyway :p
