You might need some more contrast. Maybe throw in some white with all the grays
Also, the navigation looks rather tasteless in that big header. Try shortening the header's height or do something a bit more interesting with the navigation

Yes I agree the navigation is a bit bland. Reducing the height is probably a good idea. Thanks for you feedback, rzr.
